Gleeson Land is bringing forward proposals for a high-quality new neighbourhood on Land at Sandy Lane, Romsey.

The scheme will deliver up to 300 new homes, including 40% affordable housing to help meet local needs. The proposals also include significant outdoor recreational spaces for all age groups as part of a landscape-led design that will serve both new and existing residents of Romsey.
